A hot chocolate, inspired by the traditional Greek Christmas. If you like melomakarona (e.g. the traditional Greek Christmas cookies with honey and cinnamon), chocolate and cinnamon, this beverage will surely become your favorite! A nice suggestion for a topping to make your hot chocolate even more delightful, is whipped cream! It’s going to be perfect!
Flavored filter coffee Cinnamon – Hazelnut
Christmas days without hot specialty filter coffee, are not really Christmas days! Try a favored filter coffee with cinnamon and hazelnut; the fragrances of this beverage will amaze you. With festive coffee and music playing on the streets, shopping for friends and family, this Christmas holidays will be the best!

The recipe is very simple! See what you will need:
- 20 gr freshly ground coffee
- A French press
STEPS:
- Pour some water (95 ° C), about 40 ml (two fingers) and add the coffee.
- Fill with the rest of the water, taking care to drizzle all the coffee, mix lightly and wait for thirty seconds.
- Place the lid and wait 3 to 3.30 minutes before starting to lower the piston slowly and steadily, not steeply.
- Add sugar if necessary, serve and mix.
