For the preparation of Cypriot coffee we use 10 grams of ground coffee for every 75ml of water. More simply, we recommend using 1 tablespoon of ground coffee for each cup of water.
Water can spoil the taste of the beverage. That is why we use either filtered or bottled water for extraction. The sugar suggested for a medium Cypriot Coffee is 1 or 2 teaspoons. In case you want to make double Cypriot, double the ingredients!
