It is one of the most known and simple brewing methods of filter coffee, which was invented in the early 20th century in Germany. A simple cone (glass, plastic, ceramic, metallic) and a paper filter where ground coffee is placed. Pouring hot water will make ground coffee drop directly from the hole at the cone’s base into the serving vessel we use (Coffee decanter, cup). Profile: The plastic or ceramic version of Hario V60 Dripper (made in Japan) is probably the most popular brewing method, offering a balanced cup of coffee, whose intensity depends on the extraction method adjusted manually. Filter: A disposable Hario V60 filter paper is used.

Extraction is achieved by wetting the ground coffee placed in the filter paper with hot water which gives coffee clean taste, sweetness and rich flavor profile. Profile: The cold extracted tea is rich in vitamin C and theanine, which promotes relaxation without causing drowsiness. We fill the glass bottle with ph neutral water, add tea, herbs and flavorings, spices or/and fruits and let it brew in the refrigerator for 3-6 hours. Filter: A reusable integral plastic filter.
