Sumatra, one of Indonesia\'s most famous islands, is considered to produce some of the best coffee beans in the world, while the Gayo region is one of the largest Arabica plantations in Southeast Asia.

Here the growers - members of the Arisarina Cooperative - through their cooperation, aim both to improve the quality of coffee grown in the highlands of the region, and to maintain and preserve the ecosystem as a place where high quality coffee will grow.
