Greek coffee blend of 80% arabica and 20% robusta beans. It originates from Brazil, Ethiopia and India, and its cup profile consists of tobacco, chocolate and earthy notes!
For the preparation of Greek coffee we use 10 grams of ground coffee for every 75ml of water. More simply, we recommend using 1 tablespoon of ground coffee for each cup of water.
Water can spoil the taste of the beverage. That is why we use either filtered or bottled water for extraction. The sugar suggested for a medium Greek Coffee is 1 or 2 teaspoons. In case you want to make double Greek, double the ingredients!
*In case you want to grind your coffee beans at the store, the pack is opened, the beans are grined and the grined coffee is being put back in the pack which is resealed.
